The Childcare Center Staff

Every effort is made to hire caring individuals who are best qualified to help your children meet their full potential.

All staff meet or exceed state requirements and are trained in safety procedures and guidelines. These include CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, and Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter. Staff is also trained in positive behavior practices.

All staff and volunteers are required to follow the Center’s policies and procedures as well as State of Iowa regulations for licensed child care centers. It is the responsibility of all staff to make verbal and written reports of any suspected child abuse or neglect to the Iowa DHHS. The director, staff, and volunteers have been informed that our strict policy on confidentiality and mandatory compliance is required in all situations. Staff are not permitted to discuss the case of any individual child or their family outside the Center.
