St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School focuses on its religious mission in every facet of the curriculum. Students at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School receive religion instruction daily. Beginning with morning prayer, as well as it being incorporated into class and activities throughout the school day. Weekly, the school gathers as a community to celebrate Mass.
Spiritual formation is central to the curriculum and is embedded throughout all academic subject areas. By learning Catholic teachings and practices, students grow in understanding the importance of being faithful to commitments and of service to others.
Sacraments
Students are prepared to receive their Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. Parents whose children will receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion attend a family retreat in preparation for each sacrament.
